Low Country BoilBreaking Bread
Four ears of corn, shucked and cut in half
1 (12 oz.) package of smoked sausage, sliced
12 red new potatoes, cleaned but left with skins on
3 lbs. fresh shrimp, unpeeled
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Fill a large pot with water and seasoning and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add the potatoes. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Meanwhile brown the sausage in a skillet, drain on paper towels and set side. Add the corn and cook for 10 more minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Add the cooked sausage just to incorporate with the rest of the ingredients. Drain and serve on newspaper. Enjoy!
